St Paul’s Brass To Perform At Historic
Peace Church

St. Paul’s Brass Ensemble will present a
free concert at Historic Peace Church on Sunday, July 15,
2007 at 3 p.m. The concert is free to the public. No
reservations required; however seating is limited to 225
people.
St Paul’s Brass was formed in early 1995.
The band features Scott Wise, Trumpet, Vanessa Shenk,
Trumpet, Rich Sterner, Horn, Bob Yinger, Trombone and Art
Murray, Tuba. While diverse in their professional endeavors,
St Paul’s Brass loves music and enjoys sharing their music
with others, emphasizing that music should be
fun.
In addition to their regular performances
as part of the worship service at St. Paul’s Evangelical
Lutheran Church in Carlisle, the group performs regularly
throughout Central Pa., Maryland, and
Delaware.
Peace Church is a 209 year old limestone
sanctuary located on the corner of St. John’s Church and
Trindle Roads near Camp Hill. It is maintained as a museum
by the Pennsylvania Historic and Museum Commission and open
on Sunday afternoons from June through September for free
tours and cultural events. Parking is available in the
office lot directly across St. John’s Church Road.
Handicapped parking is available behind the church. Seating
